1. How does it work?
You entrust to our safekeeping your boxes, folders, files, printouts, ... We draw
up an index of your records, we place them in our Secur'Archiv cartons, and we store
them in our protected facilities.
To consult your documents, you have 2 options:
You can come to us at 51-55 route des Jeunes, in Carouge, and use our consulting
room, or you can call us and Secur'Archiv will deliver your documents within the
hour.
2. My cellar is full of stored records. How can I get an estimate?
Contact Secur'Archiv and fix an appointment on your premises. In just a few minutes,
the Secur'Archiv Account Advisor will be able to determine the volume of your stored
records and will prepare an estimate for you, which is of course free of charge
and with no commitment on your part.
3. And if I accept the estimate?
You agree with Secur'Archiv on a date. On the agreed day, a Secur'Archiv archivist
will come to your premises and index your records. When the index is completed,
Secur'Archiv places all the boxes and folders in cartons and removes the cartons
to its own protected facilities. The index of your stored records is then transmitted
to you in Microsoft Excel format.
4. What guarantees of security are offered?
Our record storerooms are fitted out to guarantee an optimum level of security for
your stored records. Moreover, you will have a stored records deposit contract as
well as an authorization card (to be completed by you), allowing access only to
those persons that you authorize. The Secur'Archiv contract details clearly and
precisely all the points concerning which Secur'Archiv commits itself in terms of
security, confidentiality, and quality of storage of your records, ...
5. What is the duration of the contract and what prior notice is required for
termination?
The contract has an indefinite duration. Either of the parties may terminate the
contract at the end of any year, by giving a prior notice of 3 months.
6. Can the authorization card be updated?
Yes, at any time. Simply return to us by registered letter with confirmation of
receipt a new card completed and signed in duplicate. This new card will cancel
and replace the previous one.
7. What are your rates?
The storage rent depends on the number of boxes/folders that you entrust to our
safekeeping (consider an average price of CHF 0.20 to 0.40 per box/folder per month).
Each delivery is invoiced at CHF 60.00.

8. Is there a minimum number of boxes/folders that can be entrusted to you?
No, our smallest customer entrusted only one carton to us for safekeeping. Our most
important customers have entrusted tens of thousands of cartons to our care.
9. What other services are offered by Secur'Archiv?
Our range of services goes well beyond the storage of your records. Here are just
a few of the services offered:
