Secur'Archiv’s business is to store your records in the best conditions so that
they are always available to you at short notice.
Software using bar code identification guarantees the traceability of the
information entrusted to our safekeeping. Each box, folder, hanging file, … is
assigned a bar code that allows its immediate identification, both on entry and
on exit of the document. Every box movement is scanned, thus ensuring perfect
traceability for every record item.

To link the bar code on each item to its content, Secur'Archiv index your
records. We then send a number of archivists to your premises to:
- apply and scan the bar codes on each box, folder, carton, printout, ….
- enter the detailed texts on the backs of your boxes, folders, cardboards,
printouts,
- on their return to our premises, the texts and bar codes are entered into our
own archive management software. From then on, we are able to retrieve your
boxes in just a few minutes.

At the end of the operation, we give you your index in Excel format. This
document will be your basic working tool for any searches and/or delivery
requests.
